Please print the following "Application Certification," sign, and submit with a $25 application fee, along with the supporting documentation on the checklist preceding the application. The "Confirmation of Financial Resources" form which follows this letter should be printed, completed in full by you and your sponsor, then taken to your sponsor's bank for certification. If a spouse and/or children will be accompanying you to the U.S., then you should include a letter of sponsorship, signed and certified by the sponsor's bank, indicating that the sponsor has sufficient funds to cover their expenses while they are in the U.S (remember to send full name, date and country of birth, and relationship to you for your spouse and children). Confirmation of Financial Resources The University of Tulsa requires confirmation of financial resources from all applicants who are not United States citizens or who are not holding permanent resident (immigrant) visas at the time they apply for admission. These statements must be on file at The University of Tulsa before final admission is granted. The applicant is advised that the tuition, fees, and other charges for the semester or session are due at the beginning of each term. The international student must be prepared to meet these obligations. PLEASE NOTE: You will not be issued Form I-20 or Form IAP-66 until this form has been completed, signed, and submitted to The University of Tulsa.
