Use this form to request access to Datatel UI Web. An email will be sent to the TU Datatel Support Team, and you will be notified by email when your access has been established.

If you do not already have access to Datatel, please print a Authorization Form for Colleague or Benefactor from the IT web site, and follow the instructions at the top of the form.
