Pictured is 7 Eccles Street in Dublin as it appeared in 1973 to photographer Roy Schecter, who was traveling on a Watson Fellowship at the time. The scene was one of urban decay with only the facade remaining, a field of weeds behind it, and smokestacks appearing in the distance. We are grateful for permission to reprint.
