The deadline for hotel registration at the conference rate is October 4, 2006.
Please note, if you need to stay in Tulsa an extra night for travel purposes, you may receive the same hotel rate for Sunday night as well. Please register online through October 21; then, you will need to contact the hotel directly and make the extra-day reservation with Sales Manager, Angela Mayhue (918/732-3603) or her assistant, Marshelle Freeman (918/732-3607). Do let them know you are with MSA 8.

1. The hotel lobby has free wireless availability. If you would like to use the FREE internet on your personal computer, you will need to have a wireless-enabled laptop.

Airport and Transportation
The Doubletree also provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Tulsa International Airport, which is 15 minutes away. Please call the hotel using the hotel phones located at the airport if you would like to be picked up.
If the hotel shuttle is available, the Doubletree also provides complimentary service to certain restaurant/shopping districts in Tulsa. Ask the front desk for more information.
