Welcome to the Modernist Studies Association 8th annual conference!
This year's conference expects to bring in 500 attendees from around the world--and all of whom are interested in the period spanning the end of the 19th century through the twentieth. This is an excellent opportunity for you to reach a distinct and erudite audience in the fields in which you publish.
Space for publishers has been reserved in a central location at the conference hotel--on the same floor and among the rooms of the conference.
Costs:
An individual table is $150.00 (this covers 1 person's registration fee and conference meals)
Each additional table is $25.00
Each additional representative: $65.00 (registration and conference meals)
Also, we are offering two marketing opportunities for publishers:
1. $25 for a flyer to be inserted into the conference program
and/or
2. $100.00 for a full-page advertisement in the conference program

Set-up Information:
The conference will begin Thursday, October 19 at 4pm. You will be able to begin setup the day of the conference, after 12pm. If you shipped boxes to the conference hotel, they will be available to you at any time.
The conference ends at 12pm on Sunday, October 22. Please prepare to finish your exhibits by that time.
