We encourage all participants to bring a CD backup of all of their presentation material. If you will be using a computer provided by the conference, please make sure your presentation is in a Microsoft Office format, such as Word, Powerpoint, etc.

The deadline to request A/V equipment was July 14, 2006.

Please note:

The hotel has assured us that Apple OSX and Windows will be supported; however, Apple users are requested to bring a converter cable for digital projectors if they happen to have one.
