Submissions

The Energy Law Journal prints original material of interest to the legal profession. Articles and comments by members of the Association, as well as non-members, are welcome. All manuscripts should be of substantial length and deal with aspects of energy law. A brief biographical statement about the author should be included. All manuscripts should be sent to Robert Fleishman, Editor-in-Chief, Energy Law Journal, 1201 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, Washington, D.C. 20004-2401. The Journal is free to all members. Subscriptions for non-members are $35.00 per year for domestic subscriptions, $36.00 per year for Canadian subscriptions, and $42.00 per year for foreign subscriptions.
