The Tulsa Journal of Comparative
& International Law is a semiannual publication,
edited and staffed by students at the University of
Tulsa College of Law. The Journal
publishes articles on international, comparative, and
foreign law, as well as the role of international law in
U.S. courts and the international
ramifications of
U.S. domestic law. These articles are
written by prominent scholars and practitioners in the
field and have been recognized as important
contributions to the development of international
law. The
Journal also publishes
a limited amount of student-written work from its
members.
The Tulsa Journal of
Comparative & International Law has an
impressively wide circulation among law school
libraries, law firms, corporate in-house legal
libraries, and government circles. Also, we are
pleased to offer the full text of our articles from the
Journal's inception in 1993. The Tulsa
Journal of Comparative & International Law is
also available and searchable through Westlaw, Lexis,
and other online
services.
