The Tulsa Journal of Comparative & International Law is committed to publishing cutting-edge, provocative, and thoughtful works at the forefront of international law. We invite the submission of articles and essays on topics relating to international law and policy throughout the year. The Journal aims to provide a forum for the widest possible diversity of opinion.
The Tulsa Journal of Comparative & International Law considers all submissions from academic or professional authors. However, we do not consider student submissions for publication. We are particularly interested in publishing concise scholarship of between 15-60 pages. However, the Journal will accept contributions outside this page range. Please note that the Tulsa Journal of Comparative & International Law follows The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed.).
Please send your submission electronically to tjcil@utulsa.edu, with a subject of “TJCIL Submission.” We strongly encourage authors to attach a current CV and short cover letter. Authors may also submit to the Journal through Express0. Please note that we strongly prefer electronic submissions..
We will review your submission and notify you via email if you are selected for publication.
