Tulsa Law Review is proud to celebrate its 43rd year of publication during the 2007-2008 academic year. First known as Tulsa Law Journal (1964-2001), the Law Review dedicates itself to publishing "outstanding scholarly works covering the full spectrum of the law that stimulate critical thinking, provoke legal debate, and guide the law in a direction that better serves our society." (TLR preamble). The 2007-2008 Editorial Board is committed to continuing the tradition of striving towards perfection in the pursuit of the Law Review's scholarly mission.
