Tulsa Law Review is proud to celebrate its 45th year of publication during the 2009-2010 academic year.  First known as Tulsa Law Journal (1964-2001), TLR dedicates itself to publishing "outstanding scholarly works covering a wide rang of topics. Our goal is to stimulate critical thinking, provoke legal debate, and guide the law in a direction that better serves our society."  (TLR preamble).

Selected students of the University of Tulsa College of Law publish four issues of Tulsa Law Review yearly.  During the 2009-2010 publication year, TLR will publish a Native American Law Symposium, a Supreme Court Review, an Economics and Regulation Symposium, and a Legal Scholarship Symposium dedicated to Catharine MacKinnon.
