Fees for services are as follow.

Depending on the number of samples - charges may be negotiable.

One-Cycle Target Labeling

RNA QC (Bioanalyzer) / RNA Clean-up / Labeling / Hybridization / Stain / Scan:  $550

Hybridization / Stain / Scan:  $200

Chip:        Actual Chip price ($300-450)

Two-Cycle Target Labeling

RNA QC (Bioanalyzer) / RNA Clean-up / Labeling / Hybridization / Stain / Scan:  $650

Hybridization / Stain / Scan:  $200

Chip:        Actual Chip price ($300-450)

Data analysis and bioinformatics services

$50 per hour with a one-hour minimum charge

 

Other Services

RNA Extraction                            $50 per sample

RNA Re-concentration or Dilution  $15 per sample

Microarray RT-PCR Validation        $100 per gene

- Outcome of M.A. validation may result in additional arrays and samples, in order to complete the project.  These expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
