Our role is to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive human resources program to serve the University community and attract, reward and retain high-quality faculty and staff.

On a daily basis, the Office of Human Resources is responsible for the ongoing planning, development and administration of programs, policies and procedures related to faculty and staff; employment; compensation; benefits; safety; employee/employer relations; affirmative action; health and wellness; employee training and development; productivity improvement; and organizational design.

Human Resources is located on the first floor of the Fisher Hall. Our office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
