Harvey

What is my Harvey username?

Login to Harvey with the same campus username and password that you use for Gmail and WebAdvisor, along with other IT services.

Why is my course not showing up on the course list since I am enrolled in the course?

If a course is enabled in Harvey it will become available at the beginning of the semester or the day the course is scheduled to begin if in the middle of the semester.   Note that not all courses use Harvey.  Check with your professor first to make sure that the course should be listed on Harvey. 

The Harvey enrollment is automatic from WebAdvisor (Datatel).  If the course is still not showing up check WebAdvisor to make sure that it shows you enrolled in the course.  If you are enrolled in WebAdvisor then you should send an e-mail to webct@utulsa.edu providing your campus username and the course(s) that is not showing up in Harvey.
