Report a Suspected Violation

If you are suspicious about computer or network activity you should report it immediately. You can report it by filling out the form below or simply send an email to CSRT (csrt@utulsa.edu) . Include your name, contact information (i.e., phone, e-mail address), the nature of your report and the related activity, and any other details that might help in investigating the activity.
