Student

Within 24 hours of being admitted or otherwise while enrolled in classes students are eligible for a University username and password.

Student Checklist:

  • Are you an admitted or currently enrolled student?
  • Did you receive your student ID number from your counselor/advisor/id card?
  • Do you have an external email/mobile phone number on your student record?

If you can answer 'YES' to all the above questions, please follow the instructions on the following page to activate a new account:

Faculty

Within 24 hours of the completion of HR/Payroll paperwork, faculty are eligible for a University user name and password.

Faculty Checklist

  • Have you completed your HR information sheet?
  • Has your department completed your faculty paperwork?
  • Do you have your Faculty ID number from your department/HR?
  • Do you have an external email/mobile phone number on your faculty record?

  • Do you have your employee ID number from your department/HR?
