You can submit requests for maintenance issues online, 24-hours a day.

When you submit an on-line request, you will receive an electronic confirmation which will provide you with a work request/order number. You will also receive an electronic update when your request is complete. You may also review the status of any current request.

If additional information is needed, the Physical Plant can assist you with questions about your work request. You can reach them between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 631-2287.

Please note: The online maintenance reporting system is not compatible with some browsers. The recommended browser for Apple Macintosh systems is Safari, and for Windows (all versions) is Internet Explorer 7 or better.
