Resident permits will be assigned only to students who live in on-campus housing which includes those living in fraternities and sororities. Parking in these lots is restricted to only properly permitted vehicles 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Available lots for the resident permits will be:

Nonresident, regular: $100

Nonresidents are those TU faculty, staff, and students who do not reside in on-campus housing. Available lots will be:

Nonresidents are those TU employees and students who do not reside in on-campus housing. Available lots will be: Lorton Hall, Phillips Hall, and Harwell Hall. Parking in these lots is restricted to only properly permitted vehicles 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Motorcycle and motorized scooter: $25

TU employees and students with registered motorcycles, mopeds, or motorized scooters will be eligible to park in any campus parking lot (except premium lots) in the designated motorcycle parking areas.
