The University of Tulsa - Parking Rates

Shuttle lot: $25

Available lots will be: Reynolds Center and 8th & Harvard.

Resident: $50

Resident permits will be assigned only to students who live in on-campus housing which includes those living in fraternities and sororities. Parking in these lots is restricted to only properly permitted vehicles 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Available lots for the resident permits will be:

Keplinger South - KEPS (including street parking along 5th Place between Florence Avenue and Gary Place)
LaFortune Parking Lot - LF
Mayo Village Parking Lot - MV
Twin Towers Parking Lot - TT
University Square South Parking Lot - USS
6th / Delaware Parking Lot – DEL (West most parking row will be “Open Parking” for all permit classifications)

Residents also may purchase parking permits in dual purpose lots, which are shared with nonresident campus members. Dual purpose lots include:

University Square North Parking Lot - USN
University Square West Parking Lot - USW
Brown Village – BV
Lorton Village – LV
Mabee East - MAE

Nonresident, regular: $100

Nonresidents are those TU faculty, staff, and students who do not reside in on-campus housing. Available lots will be:

ACAC – East Parking Lot - ACE
Holmes Parking Lot - HC
Keplinger North Parking Lot - KEPN
John Rogers Parking Lot – JRH
Mabee West Parking Lot - MAW
McFarlin Parking Lot - MLIB
University Methodist Church Parking Lot – UMC (weekdays only)
4th / College - South Parking Lot - COS
4th / College – North Parking Lot – CON

Nonresidents also may purchase parking permits in dual purpose lots, which are shared with campus residents. Dual purpose lots include:

University Square North Parking Lot - USN
University Square West Parking Lot - USW
Brown Village – BV
Lorton Village – LV
Mabee East - MAE

Nonresident, premium: $500

Nonresidents are those TU employees and students who do not reside in on-campus housing. Available lots will be: Lorton Hall, Phillips Hall, and Harwell Hall. Parking in these lots is restricted to only properly permitted vehicles 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Motorcycle and motorized scooter: $25

TU employees and students with registered motorcycles, mopeds, or motorized scooters will be eligible to park in any campus parking lot (except premium lots) in the designated motorcycle parking areas.
