Position Summary
The Department of Electrical Engineering at The University of Tulsa has a tenure track Assistant Professor open position beginning Fall, 2010. Specialists in digital and computer engineering are especially encouraged to apply. Industrial experience in research and development is highly desirable. Professional registration is preferable. This position requires an earned doctorate, a commitment to undergraduate education, and the ability to initiate and participate in interdisciplinary research programs both within the University and with local industry. The University of Tulsa is a private, selective-admission institution of 4000 undergraduate and 1500 graduate students, located in an urban community of over half-a-million.
