Please submit the completed registration form to Marty Phillips of Personnel Services as soon as possible. You will receive confirmation indicating the program in which you are enrolled before the course start date.
Due to limited space, please contact Marty Phillips if your schedule changes and you will be unable to attend the program which you are enrolled.
Check the course you wish to attend. Class locations will be emailed with your enrollment confirmation.

Graduates of the program will receive a Vision of Excellence navy knit shirt as a gift from the President. Please indicate your shirt size, which will allow our office to maintain accurate inventory:
