Student Apartments

In fall 2007, TU opened nearly 400 one- and two-bedroom apartments and townhouses on campus. These apartments were constructed in 18 apartment buildings that are clustered into three student living areas -- Brown Village, Mayo Village, and Lorton Village. The apartments serve the housing needs of both undergraduate and graduate students, and all of the new units were rented within the first three weeks they were offered. These new apartment communities are an integral part of TU's commitment to developing a vibrant campus community.
