McFarlin Library Annex

Construction began in spring 2007 for the latest addition to McFarlin Library. The 12,000-square-foot addition will consolidate the library's computing and technology resources into one location. The project additionally will allow the restoration of the library's reading rooms to provide quiet areas for student and faculty study.

The two-story annex, expected to be complete in 2009, will be connected to the library adjacent to the library's northern face. Its construction will blend seamlessly into the existing historic structure.
