Trim & Tone: a 50 minute workout that incorporates body sculpting techniques, abdominal work, and cardio. This class is taught by Kalan Chapman.

Build a Better Body: This is high impact and very intense. It is taught by a personal trainer and former Marine. If you want a better body and are willing to sweat for it, this is the class for you. This class is taught by Doug Worley.

Recreate Yourself: Want to be fit and not sure how to do it? This class is will concentrate on getting started from basic exercise and ending with a complete work out. This class is taught by Doug Worley.

Pilates: a 50 minute class that focuses on balance, flexibility, and core strengthening. This class is excellent for all fitness levels. This class is taught by Kalan Chapman.

Cardio Kickboxing: an intense 50 minute workout full of kicks, punches, and combo moves, definitely high impact. Great for releasing aggression! This class is taught by Rosa Brown.

Yoga for Life: a 50 minute class that focuses on Energizing Revitalizing and Healing, You will learn breath control, focus and relaxation while increasing flexibility, strength and circulation. This class is open to all fitness levels. This class is taught by Louise Manescau.

Zumba: a 50 minute cardio class based on Latin Dance techniques. This is fun fast paced and great for all fitness levels. The 7:00pm class is taught by Priscilla Mirabol. The 5:30p class is taught by Shannon Kispert.
