Replacing Diplomas

To replace a lost or damaged diploma, submit a request in writing to:
The University of Tulsa
Office of Registration and Records
600 South College Avenue
Tulsa, Oklahoma 74104
The request must include the reason for replacement and the old diploma must be returned. The letter must also include your signature. Only one diploma per degree will be issued for a student.
The cost of replacing a diploma is $25.00 and must be included with the request. Checks may be made to: The University of Tulsa.
