USAGE POLICIES 

1. Athletic Programs -- Men's and Women's athletic programs and related practice needs must come first due to conference scheduling constraints.
    

2. Educational/Cultural Events -- Events that enrich the lives of members of the university community have second priority.  These events will be sponsored or co-sponsored by the various departments and divisions of The University of Tulsa.  Events that fall into this category include:  commencement, convocations, concerts, national and international speakers, and other university-wide related activities. 
    

3. Academic Classes -- The needs of academic departments have third priority. 
    

4. Recreation -- General use for student recreation, such as for intramural and recreation playoff situations, may be considered on a limited basis in areas that do not affect other higher priority programming.
    

5. Outside Leasing -- The Reynolds Center is viewed as a facility for campus related use, as opposed to a commercial or money-making facility.  Consequently, leasing to non-profit organizations will have priority over for-profit entities.  Those open to attendance by the university community will take precedence over those closed to the university community.
