TU Essentials for Undergraduates

For Freshmen

Have a great attitude! Meet new people, try new things, join new clubs. This isn’t high school! So this is your chance at having a blank slate. Take advantage of that and challenge yourself to find out who you are as a college student, not a high school student.

For Sophomores

What do you need to know going into your sophomore year? Your sophomore year should hone in on your talents in academic areas and extracurricular activities. Where your freshman year was about exploring and trying new things, as a sophomore you need to start specializing in what you do best.

For Juniors

What do you need to know going into your junior year? This year is about FOCUS. You'll need to think about your future. At the same time, you'll have harder core courses for your major. Work hard this year and you'll be ready for a great senior year and beyond.

For Seniors

What do you need to know going into your senior year? Relax and enjoy it. Take time to go to games, spend time with friends, and take road trips. You've worked hard to get to this point, so step back and take it all in.
