Rates
The University of Tulsa housing license begins in May for Summer and Summer + Academic licenses, and the academic license begins in August, and is a housing agreement for the entire license period. The yearly rate for the apartment can be figured by simply adding the cost for each term together. The apartments do not close for breaks or holidays.
All rates are based on the dates of period selected on the agreement. Students that request and are approved to arrive earlier than or stay after published dates, including graduate assistants, will be prorated on a daily basis. Please note:
- All first and second year students in on-campus housing are required to have a meal plan in the Fall and Spring.
- All first year law/graduate students arriving early for fall orientation may arrive on the Friday prior to the beginning of their orientation session without additional charges.

- There is an Apartment Community Fee of $25 per student for the Summer Session which will be billed to your student account.
