Friday the 23rd - Day 1

  • Attend Five Events
  • Arrive in the Great Hall B of ACAC at 12:00pm

Saturday the 24th - Day 2

  • Attend up to Three Events
  • Arrive in the Great Hall B of ACAC at 11:30am

Sunday the 25th - Day 3

  • Attend up to Two Events
  • Arrive in the Great Hall B of ACAC at 10:30am

Sunday the 25th – Bid Day

  • Potential New Members may receive bid/invitation cards
  • Arrive in the Great Hall B of ACAC at 6:00pm
