5th Place House

5th Place House features a close-knit community filled with a variety of amenities. In addition to the many features it shares with other TU residentce halls, 5th Place House offers two living areas and full kitchen. 5th Place House, conveniently located near the Allen Chapman Activity Center, the new TU Engineering Complex, Lorton Performaning Arts Center and other east campus venues, is co-educational by floor.

Hall Features:

  • This suite style hall is a coed (by floor) hall with a total occupancy of up to 25 students.
  • This hall also houses a Resident Assistant to act as an advisor and to assist with coordinating house activities.
  • Free Laundry facilities with Laundry Alert.  Speak to your Residence Director for further details.
  • Kitchen facilities with full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, and sink.
  • Two lounges with TV, DVD and VCR players as well as an outdoor patio.
