The University Food & Beverage policy states that all on-campus food & beverage needs purchased using university funds must be made through Dining Services unless the purchase qualifies for an exemption.
Arrangements for catered food should be made at least 10 days in advance. Short-term arrangements can be provided, however menu options may be limited and additional charges may apply.
Limited Exceptions
To request a catering exemption click here for the form, or click here for the policy which explains the exemption request process.
Self-Catering
Guests requesting to self-cater with items that are pre-packaged (not homemade) and valuing less than $100 may do so. They will be responsible for cleanup of the room. A clean-up service charge may apply if appropriate clean-up is not met.
Donated Items
Requests for providing items donated from a licensed vendor are to be submitted on the vendor's letterhead to the Director of Dining Services for approval.
