Arts and Sciences Senior Breakfast
Graduating Arts and Sciences seniors, families, and friends are invited to attend a breakfast on Friday, May 8th at 9:30 a.m. in the Great Hall, ACAC.  Don't miss this, as the faculty will be serving the students!

Business and Health Sciences Senior Breakfast
Graduating students, families, and friends from Business and the CBA Health Sciences programs are invited to attend a continental breakfast Saturday, May 9th at 8:00 a.m. on the 1st floor of Helmrich Hall.  The faculty and staff of the Collins College of Business want to meet your family and offer you our congratulations!

Graduate Reception and Bell Ringing
Come by Collins Hall, ring the bell, enjoy the reception just for you and pick up your free Alumni t-shirt.

School of Nursing, Athletic Training, and Exercise & Sports Science Award and Recognition Ceremony--Recognizes the graduates of Nursing, Athletic Training, and Exercise & Sports Science.   This year the Ceremony will move to Friday evening, May 8th in the Great Hall of ACAC.  Graduates need to arrive at 5:30 p.m.  Ceremony will last approximately 1 hour.

Baccalaureate Service
All graduates, families, and friends are invited to attend in Sharp Chapel at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 9.  Graduates, please wear regalia--cap optional.

Line-up
Graduates report to the practice gym in the Reynolds Center at 9:00 a.m.
and check in at the registration table for their college to obtain their official name card.  This card will contain your name and any applicable honors designations to be read by the announcer.  The name card will carry your name as requested for your diploma.  The announcer will read only the information preprinted on this card, you must have a card to walk across the stage.  Alterations and additions will be omitted.  If the information on your card is incorrect, report to the table staffed by representatives of the Registrar's Office.  Graduates will line up by College.  This same card will be used by the photographer to mail you a proof of the photograph taken as you receive your diploma from the President.  Purchase information will be mailed to you by the photographer.  (Students arriving late will not be seated once graduates have processed into the arena and seated.)

Ceremony
The Processional begins at 9:45 and the ceremony at 10:00 a.m.  The ceremony will last approximately two hours.  Graduates will receive a diploma cover only during commencement exercises, Diplomas will be mailed to each graduate at a later date.  Graduates may not leave the commencement area until the completion of the ceremony and recessional.
