Eligibility:  Any student scheduled to graduate either December 2008 or May 2009 and who is able to commit to attending the December 20, 2008 Commencement ceremonies when the award will be presented.

Completed nomination/application forms must be returned by noon, Wednesday, November 7, 2008, to the University and Community Service Office in Holmes Student Center, room 59.
