Information for Graduates

In order to graduate, students must have completed a Degree Application Card with their respective college.

Undergraduate Students

Application for a degree should be filed in their respective Advising Office when a student enrolls for the final semester of course work. All incompletes must be removed from the student's record.

Graduate Students

Application for a degree should be filed in the Graduate School Office in Lorton Hall when a student enrolls for the final semester of course work. All incompletes must be removed from the student's record.

Thesis and dissertations are due into the library on April 15 (for Spring) and December 1st (for Fall).
