Submission Form

The University of Tulsa Graduate Review requests that three copies of each manuscript along with a submission form be left in the TUGR box in Zink Hall, Room 365.   Submission forms may be obtained by:

• Accessing the Submission Form (html version) on this website (print form and send in or submit in person
• Accessing the Submission Form (Word version) on this website (print form and send in or submit in person
• E-mailing the editor:  ptnewton@earthlink.com
• Getting a copy from Zink Hall Room 365

If submissions are accepted, a disk as well as a hard copy will be requested.

A research advisor's signature must accompany all submission forms for database records as well as all manuscripts.  The signature is required for two reasons:

• The advisor can verify that no intellectual property issues exist
• Students can gain more experience or advice about the processes involved with the publication of their work(s)

Submissions should not exceed twenty-five double-spaced pages or 7,500 words.   Contributors are responsible for providing complete and accurate bibliographical documentation in the format appropriate for the specific discipline.  Standard typeface is required on all texts.

Submissions are given anonymous review.  Contributors' names should not appear on manuscripts, (but rather on the submission form); authors may speak in the first person but should not identify themselves by name in the text of the essay or in the accompanying notes.
