Carlos Garibaldi Energy Lecture

The Collins College of Business Energy Lecture Series will feature energy expert and TU alumnus Carlos Garibaldi and his presentation "Political and Operational Challenges for the Oil Industry in Latin American Countries."

Carlos GaribaldiGaribaldi is the director of business development for Tecpetrol, an oil and gas exploration company based in Houston, Texas. He has captured and managed exploration licenses as well as managed M&A transactions in Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and the United States. Garibaldi is a graduate of the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where he earned bachelor's and master's degrees in chemical engineering. He received a master's in petroleum engineering from The University of Tulsa and an MBA from Rice University.

He teaches annual strategy, fiscal terms, M&A, and negotiation courses at the IAPG in Buenos Aires.
