Class Descriptions


Kettlebells, Dynamax balls, burpies, squats -- no two days are ever the same! Challenge yourself and break out of your same-old workout routine. It’s a high intensity workout that keeps you moving, encompassing all aspects of fitness with constant variation. Whether you are in the best shape of your life, or just beginning to train, this class will improve your overall fitness.

Advanced XFactor/Andrew:

Join us in an advanced program where you are con-stantly challenged physically and encouraged every step of the way! XFactor is a fun and efficient way to get in the best shape of your life. Competitive or not, you WILL see results in as little as one semester of work. Must be in good physical condition and have permission from Andrew in order to enroll.

Dance Therapy/Carla:

A mix of many genres of dance and choreography adapted for the fitness room, and designed to exercise all parts of the body. Dance Therapy uses the rythm of the music to imprive dexterity and coordination.

Cardio Pilates/Taylor:

It’s all about the Core! Improve your core strength. This class is mainly done on the floor. This version of our Pilates class has an emphasis on cardiovascular fitness.


A class for ANY skill level! Exactly what the name says, a class perfect for new and advanced stu-dents. This class is taught from the basic level with options given to take a pose deeper into an advanced vari-ation. It is important to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and not be competitive in this class be-cause of all the varying levels. Every class is different – a little bit of flow, a little bit of pose exploration, and a whole lot of alignment and breath. 
     The T/Th class is an early morning class, therefore its poses are geared toward bringing energy to the body and a sense of awakening.


A 50-minue class combing cardio and weights, along with circuit training. It is fun, fast-paced, and an excellent way to bring up your heart rate and burn calories. You’ll never have two workouts the same!


It’s all about the Core! Improve your core strength. This class is mainly done on the floor. It is for all fitness levels and will improve overall health. You will definitely notice your improved posture.

Cardio Kickboxing/Rosa:

An intense 50-minute workout full of kicks, punches, and combo moves. Definitely high impact, and a good way to release aggression and stress. For all fitness levels.


Get your workout on a students schedule! This class compresses a full workout into 40 minutes, including a 10-minute cool down. Its based on the Tabata interval system, a scientifically derived method in which interval training is used to maximize fitness improvements. Its different every day, so be prepared for a variety of cardio and free weight exercises.


Be creative and express yourself in a group dance class. Groove combines Latin rhythms with toning, balance, and stretching for a fun and dynamic total-body workout.
